We are as excited to get you your order as you are to receive it! We do not own our own fleet of vans but we promise to work hard to get your order completed and out the door. All orders are processed + shipped within 3-5 business days. Please allow for additional processing time around major sales or during holidays.

Once picked up and scanned in by our carrier, transit times range from 3-15 business days, depending on the shipping method + delivery destination. 

You will receive your shipping confirmation email as soon as a label is created for your order, and the tracking status of your shipment may take up to 48 hours once a label has been created.  

Once shipped and placed into the loving hands of the carrier, the order's tracking information is outside of our control and in their hands. We cannot replace missing or stolen packages at this time.

We offer FREE local pick-up from our space in Ballard, Seattle, WA. Simply select "Pick up" under "Delivery Method" when you get to the checkout. We will send you an email confirmation within 2-4 business days when your order is ready to be picked up.

A member of our team is in the space Monday thru Friday from 9am to 5pm. The guys are here making candles Tuesday and Wednesday if you'd like to stop by when the magic happens. If those hours don't work for you, please email us and we're happy to make something work, we are in the space a lot!

Our space is also a private event venue, Seattle Cathedral. So if you swing by and there is an event going on, you're welcome to come in and just ask for a member of the Cathedral team to assist you.
